Youthful and radiant skin is largely influenced by the foods and nutrients we consume.

Vitamin C is so important because it does so much for our skin. Vitamin C protects our skin from free radicals, which means it protects our skin from the sun, UV rays and pollution. In most cases, free radicals are the main cause of aging skin. Therefore, fighting free radicals enahances our skins youthfulness. Vitamin C also improves the skins elacicity, it gives collagen to the skin and ensures that our skin is supple and radiant. Foods that contain Vitamin C are fruits and vegetables, such as oranges, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries and tomatoes.

Vitamin E is also very important and beneficial to the skin. Like vitamin C, vitmain E also protects our skin from free radicals. Vitamin E fights against aging and keeps our skin looking youthful. Foods with vitamin E include fish, spinach, almonds and sunflower seeds.
