The Ultimate Turmeric Face Mask

In my last blog post I discussed the benefits of turmeric and how great it is for your skin. In today’s post I would like to share with you all, the ‘ultimate turmeric face mask’

Down below are the 4 main ingredients needed for this mask, along with a list of how each ingredient benefits your skin.

1. Turmeric

2. Gram Flour:

  • Brightens Skin

  • Removes Unwanted Facial Hair

3. Plain Yogurt:

  • Gets Rid of Wrinkles and Fine Lines (Has Anti-Aging Properties)
  • Brightens Skin
  • Shrinks and Closes Pores
  • Moisturizes and Smoothens Skin
  • Fades Blemishes
  • Fights Acne

4. Lemon:

  • Lightens Acne Marks And Spots (Lemon Has Bleaching Properties)
  • Heals Acne

How To Make Mask:

1. Grab a bowl and a mixing untencil.

2. Add about a 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric and gram flour.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt.

4. Add 2-3 drops of lemon.

5. Using a spoon or face brush, mix all of the ingredients together until a smooth paste like mask forms.

6. Apply an even layer of mask on to clean freshly washed skin.

7. Leave mask on for 15 – 20 mins or until dry.

8. Once dry, wash the mask off, pat dry skin and apply a moisturizer or serum.

After removing the mask, your skin will instantly look brighter and feel smoother. After using it over a period of time, you will see a difference in blemishes, acne and acne marks. I would recommend using this mask 1-2 times a week.
